Weāre a bit of an unconventional coupleā¦so it should come as no surprise that our wedding will be the same!
As we put our heads together to choose the most aligned version of this huge milestone, we decided to go ALL IN on creating a freedom-style wedding.
In other words...

The Basics...
Located in the South Hills above Hansen, Idaho is a little slice of the Sawtooth Mountains.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at a gorgeous campsite called Porcupine Springs.
This location is handicap accessible and relatively flat, but the amenities are very basic.
Please bring your sense of adventure with you to our wedding!

Love Everyone, No Exceptions
This is an inclusive event. Some of our very favorite people are LGBTQ+ as well, and we expect everyone to welcome each other with open arms!
We will be providing dinner, non-alcoholic drinks, and signature cocktails for the reception. We will not be providing an open bar, so if you plan to stay and party the night away, please come prepared!
Kids are more than welcome to join the celebration. We will have some special activities just for them!

The Journey...
Expect about an hour-long, paved drive through the winding forest from the base of the hills to the location.
Be aware that you will lose cell service shortly after beginning the ascent. However, we will have signs posted along the route to help guide you!
Weāve also included location details at the bottom of this page for easy reference.
We would LOVE for you to stay the night of the wedding...in fact, we are highly encouraging it!
(We're planning on turning things UP for the after-partyš)
Accomodations...
The last thing we want is for you to miss the celebration in order to make your way home.
However, youāll need to bring your own gear! Tents, sleeping bags, air mattresses. We're estimating that temps will drop to the low forties overnight.
There are also a limited number of RV/Camper locations. This specific site restricts campers and RVs to be no longer than 40 feet end-to-end.
If your setup doesnāt fit or we fill up sooner rather than later, there are quite a few options for sites nearby that should work.

We've reserved the campsite for the weekend, so feel free to come up on Friday and stay until Sunday!
However, please give the wedding party the space they need for rehearsal and set-up if you choose to come the day before the wedding.
If camping isnāt your thing and youād rather make this a day trip, no worries.
There are several Airbnb options nearby in Kimberly as well as hotels in Twin Falls.
The South Hills are also relatively close to most of our locals' locations, so you should be able to make your way home if that's you!
Attire...
Weāre giving out a prize to the most COLORFUL & CLASSY guest, so come dressed to impress with your favorite interpretation of the rainbow!š
Semi-formal attire is perfect.
We want that balance between āDang, I look good!ā and āI could party all night long in this!ā
The days should be mid-seventies, the evening will get cool, so donāt forget a sweater or jacket. Maybe pack some fuzzy socks and slip-on shoes for when weāre getting in the groove that night!
I would recommend avoiding any kind of heel that doesnāt have a decent base for the daytime because itās still natureās floor!
Honeymoon Fund!
Letās be honest. Weāve been living together for a few years now. We donāt need any more crockpots so we've opted to skip a registry/gifts.
If you desire to contribute to our new path forward, weād be SO grateful for a cash gift to put towards the cost of our wedding and/or honeymoon instead!
